Zambia

With water comes life, and a country which has some of Africa’s largest rivers cutting their way through this land, Zambia boasts an abundance of wildlife.
As with most of the African regions, there is a vast change between wet and dry season, Zambia being no exception, and when these giant rivers begin to dry up, the abundance of wildlife becomes hugely concentrated along the drying river banks and pools. This gives rise to an opportunity to witness a spectacle hard to find else where.
Further to the north of the country, is a large wetland area known as Busanga. This area offers some of the best bird viewing any of the regions have to offer, and one may even be lucky enough to see species such as the elusive shoebill or black letchwe antelope. (both very rare sights)
Chase Africa Safaris is able to hand pick the properties that will give you the best opportunity to get the best viewing during the time of year you choose to travel.
